In July 2001 I helped set the studio and computer recording system for an AIDS educational radio drama in Gaborone Botswana. The project is organised by Scottish NGO "Media Support Solutions" and is funded by the Centre For Disease Control.
I returned to Botswana in April 2002 to give production training and found that the programme MAKGABANENG - Cow Post - had become one of the TOP radio programmes in Botswana! I also spent more time with the team in July 2003.

The drama is broadcast in the local language but I have an english version that I produced in 2002 and will put in this site soon!

Beomong was sadly killed in a car crash in the summer of 2003. He was a great guy and is missed by all those who knew him.
